Eid Mubarak Everyone !

We will be on a mini break from August 30th (Tuesday) until September 3rd (Saturday)
and back to our regular classes on September 4th- Sunday

For a refresher of our regular sessions:
Coffee & Canvas for Adults- Mondays and Wednesdays- 11am to 1pm
Busy Bees for Children- Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays- 4.30pm to 5.30pm and 5.30pm to 6.30pm

And we decided to reverse things a bit...... Black paper + white glass markers. Of course, they feel like chalk and that is super fun for the kids

Birds of a Feather

"The Dreams of Kuwait Exhibition"

This should be a must visit....

Works of a number of artists will be on exhibit at the Salhia Complex, Al Mashreq Gallery from August 16th until September 17th
Featuring artists Sami Mohammad, Jassem Bu Hamad, Enzo Manara, Peter Upton, Adel Alkhalaf to name a few...
Timings 10.30am to 2pm and then 8.30pm to 12 midnight daily

Back from a Break :) !

Took off for a short holiday and back in Kuwait. Enjoying Ramadan... calmer, the hours seem longer, and we definitely are spending more time at home with the kids :)

The Studio has the Busy Bees coming in for some relaxed sessions... the children did some free painting on the easels- the topic seems to be one that is so popular with the little ones "Chota Bheem"; they really enjoyed that... and then there was still life with a real pear- of course my colorful artists decided to give it some, perhaps a lot, of beautiful colors

And then we had Erika with her Henri Matisse... she got to learn a little of the wonderful artist, see some of his paintings, and make one of her own :)

Ramadan Kareem

It's that time of the year.... Ramadan :)
The kids are still on their Summer Holiday Break.... so for those of you who can make it in for the kids Art Classes- Busy Bees, here are the timings:

August 14th onwards

Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays

4pm tp 5pm

5pm tp 6pm

I hope most of you find these convinient to pick and drop the kids....
